This project was the change of use of a former cafe & prize bingo premises, to a high class fish & chip restaurant and take-away, located in Whitby. The property is a listed building, and the proposed works involved the creation of a new shop frontage, including awnings, signage and lighting. Our client’s brief was to convey a ‘traditional’ feel. Internally the property was completely refurbished, and also fully furnished as part of the scope of works.
